We offer a variety of days and times available for parties. Please contact our Event staff at (224) 802-8330 or via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org to go over options and check availability.
Our party packages include a minimum of 10 kids.
We offer a variety of packages to meet all budget needs. Package prices vary based on selected activities.
Your Event Host is your point of contact the day of your party. They will greet you and your guests upon arrival, gather birthday presents and get the kids ready for fun. They will lead the kids through the activities and make sure your party is an extraordinary experience.
We’d like our guests to stay as long as they’d like. However, your party room and Event Host are only available during your designated party time. You can always stay and play games in our video arcade after your event but your party room will be used to accommodate other parties.
Definitely! Birthday cakes and cupcakes are always welcome. However, no additional outside food is allowed, including ice cream, ice cream cakes or any other items that need to be refrigerated.
We provide you with all the essentials; one balloon bouquet, plates, cups, napkins, utensils and a knife to cut your cake. We also offer goodie bags for an additional cost. If you prefer themed decorations, you’re welcome to bring them with you. We allow 15 minutes prior to your set arrival time for you to set up your decorations. We ask that you do not bring in glitter or confetti.
Party rooms / areas are reserved for 2 hours. This time includes your food and cake service.
Activities generally last 45 minutes in order to give you enough time for food and cake.
We require a $100.00 deposit along with a signed contract. The final balance will be due in full on the day of your event.
The package price does not include sales tax or service charges. Your contract will provide estimated sales tax and service charges based on your selected package.
We’ll reach out to you 5 days prior to your event date to finalize details and guest counts. This will be the last day to make adjustments to your guest count, package or cancel your event. We’ll always do our best to accommodate any last minute increase in your guest count, but will depend on availability.
